Jump start fitness plan is an individually customized fitness & wellness program designed to jump start you toward your fitness goals. Each program includes a customized resistance training, interval training, and mindfulness practice specific to your goals and needs, whether that be fat loss, strength, sculpting, sport specific, or a focus on recovery & rejuvenation. You will also meet with me once per week for a 60 minute holistic wellness coaching session to hold you accountable by reviewing your week and setting new goals and intentions for the following week. How Does It Work?

  • First, purchase the program.
  • Then, fill out the Visions, Goals & Desires Questionnaire.
  • After I review your form, we will set up a time via email for a phone or Skype call to explore your goals, desires, and visions in depth and build the perfect plan for you. I will answer any questions you may have and together we will decide whether we are a good fit for each other.
  • I create a customized 30-day workout plan that I will email to you with workout videos.
  • At the end of each week, we will meet for your holistic wellness coaching session where we review how the week went. We look into four main areas: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. We typically set goals for workouts, nutrition, self care, and mindfulness practice. Depending on your goals and needs, these areas will change so they fit you. At the end of each session, you will receive an email that recaps our session, guidance and motivation, along with your goals and intentions for the next week.
